There are a lot of AI tools that market themselves as productivity tools, although Taskade stands out as a tool that tries to help with more tasks than other tools. In this Taskade review, we will look at whether it is worth using or if it is just another tool that will be overlooked.

Overall, Taskade has a very similar user interface to Notion and has more artificial intelligence features which can be quite useful. I would say it is more useful than other alternative project management applications, but it does not have a very user-friendly interface, so it can be overwhelming at first.

Final thoughts

Taskade is a project management application with probably the most AI features I have seen. Compared to others like Notion or Obsidian it does not come close. Although I am not the biggest fan of the interface, it does feel a little counter-intuitive at times.

And to use all the artificial intelligence futures you would have to watch some tutorials to use them properly or just do some reading, while I understand that this is not a problem, the website itself does not explain some features very well.

Overall, for the price of any other project management apps you will get the most out of Taskade, but consider what kind of features you are looking for before committing to a tool and you can always try it out for free.
