Kodular is a platform for creating mobile apps via a drag and drop interface. It features a library full of pre-made elements and extensions. Advanced users can even make extentions of their own by coding in Java. The platform is completely free as long as you do not monetise your app through ads. If you do, Kodular takes a cut of your earnings. There is a community forum and a detailed tutorial docs collection.
